Refund Policy

Effective date: 11 May 2026

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which CoinCircle ("we", "us", or "our") may issue refunds for membership fees paid through the Platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

1. General Policy

All CoinCircle membership fees are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed and membership access has been activated. This applies to both monthly and annual membership plans.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

2. Refunds by Payment Method

UPI Payments (India):

  • Refund requests for UPI payments must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original UPI account within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will not be issued if membership access has been actively used (e.g. seller contact details have been viewed or deal-room messages have been sent).

Cryptocurrency Payments (USDT/BSC):

  • Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Please ensure you intend to subscribe before completing a crypto payment.

3. Exceptions and Goodwill Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical error on our Platform.
  • Payment confirmed but membership access was not activated due to a Platform error.
  • Membership activated but the Platform was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.

In all other cases, refunds are at our discretion. We are committed to being fair and will review each request genuinely.

4. Annual Memberships

For annual memberships paid via UPI, a pro-rata refund may be considered if a refund request is made within 7 days of the original payment date and the membership has not been actively used. After 7 days, annual memberships are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at siam_t_paite@coincircle.in with the following information:

  • Your registered email address on CoinCircle.
  • Payment date and amount.
  • Payment method (UPI or crypto).
  • UTR number (for UPI payments) or transaction hash (for crypto).
  • Reason for the refund request.

We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

6. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your CoinCircle account at any time by contacting us at siam_t_paite@coincircle.in. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Any remaining membership period will continue until expiry but will not be renewed.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
